We assist clients in finding and acquiring land for subdivision by identifying property suitable for future developments, both on and off market. In many cases after an area is identified, we approach the landowners to group them together with the hope of selling to prospective developers.

The Property Masters team can conduct or assist with a comprehensive feasibility analysis test to determine the chances of success and demonstrate potential income from the developed property.

Alternatively, if any landowner/developer requires an investor, we are able to utilise our extensive database to find a possible suitable solution. Our team can handle the entire negotiation right through to settlement and normally our competitive fees are not required to be paid until it is finalised.

Englobo land

We have many years of experience in assisting developers acquire large areas of land by targeting specific areas throughout the metropolitan region of Perth.

Although a very long and tedious process, The Property Masters has the strength of character to persist with the relevant landowners, right through to the final settlement of the land. In many cases this can take 3-5 years. We are here for the long haul.
