OUR FEE STRUCTURE
Bespoke Buying Agent Fee: $3000+GST Engagement Retainer. (This is deducted from final payment).
Total Fee Range: 2.2% to 4.4% of your pre determined budget. This figure is confirmed after we have seen your brief and determine how much work is involved.
Minimum charge: $14,000 + GST.
Example: If you are looking to purchase a home in the price range of $900K – $1M, our agreed fee upfront will be based on the middle ground of $950K. @2.2% = $19000 + GST = $20,900.
